Holiday & Christmas Party Photo Booth Rental in Michigan
FastBooth runs photo booths at company Christmas parties, office holiday parties and family holiday gatherings across Michigan from our base in Grand Rapids. Recent holiday booths include parties for Warner, City2Shore Real Estate and Hope Network. Prints come out in 6.8 seconds, the print design is built around your party and your logo, and an attendant runs the booth all night.

What's Included for a Holiday Party
- A holiday print design with your company logo, party name and date — snowflake borders, holiday cards, whatever fits your theme. Design is included, not an add-on.
- Unlimited sessions and 6.8-second prints on printed packages, so every group gets a print.
- An on-site attendant from setup to teardown.
- Props, plus text and email sharing and a 1-year online gallery.
- GIF, boomerang and 360 options if you want something guests will post the same night.
When to Book a Holiday Party Booth
December Fridays and Saturdays are the first dates to go every year, and most companies lock in a specific December date by October. If you are planning now, ask about your date anyway: weeknights, early-December dates and January “after the holidays” parties are usually still open. Check your date and we reply within 24 hours.
Holiday Party Photo Booth Pricing
The digital booth starts at $699 for up to 6 hours, with a drop-off option. Attended packages with printing start at $849 for 3 hours, $949 for 4 and $1,049 for 5. Those are Grand Rapids prices. Other cities have travel built into the price, so Lansing and Kalamazoo start at $949 for 3 hours. See pricing for every city. Need music too? Office Christmas Party Photo Booth Ideas
- Ugly sweater line-up. Run the contest at the booth and print the winners on the spot.
- Team photos that are actually fun. Every department gets a group shot with your logo on the print, ready for the break room wall or next year’s slides.
- Holiday card shots. Families and couples get a print with a snowflake or holiday-card border they can take home.
- Small office? Go digital. The digital booth sends photos, GIFs and boomerangs by text or email, with a drop-off option for smaller parties.
Which Booth Suits a Holiday Party?
- Open photo booth
- Best for big groups and team shots, and everyone leaves with a print. Needs about 10×10 feet.
- 360 photo booth
- A slow-motion video clip guests share that night. The platform needs about 12×12 feet.
- Digital booth
- The lowest-cost option: photos, GIFs and boomerangs sent by text or email, no prints. Works well for office parties.

Holiday Party Photo Booth FAQ
- How far ahead should we book a holiday party photo booth?
- For a December Friday or Saturday, book in September or October. Weeknight and early-December dates are usually easier to get closer in.
- Can the prints show our company logo?
- Yes. We design a custom print template with your logo, party name and date at no extra charge, and you see it before the event.
- Do you travel for holiday parties outside Grand Rapids?
- Yes. Travel is built into each city’s price, so there is no separate travel fee. For example, a 3-hour printed booth is $849 in Grand Rapids, $924 in Muskegon, $949 in Lansing or Kalamazoo and $1,074 in Traverse City.
- Is a photo booth worth it for an office Christmas party?
- Yes, it gives people something to do besides stand at the bar, it mixes departments together and everyone leaves with a print. Companies also keep the gallery for internal posts and recruiting.
- Can we book a photo booth for a January party?
- Yes. Plenty of companies move their party to January to avoid the December rush, and those dates are much easier to get.
- How much space does the booth need?
- About 10×10 feet for the open booth and about 12×12 feet for the 360 platform, plus a standard power outlet nearby.
