Can I customize the photo prints for my Grand Rapids event?
Absolutely. Every rental includes a custom overlay design created by our team at no additional charge. You provide your event name, date, colors, and any theme preferences — we create a design and send you a proof before the event. Unlimited revisions are included until you’re completely happy with it.
What size space does a photo booth need at a Grand Rapids venue?
Our standard open photo booth needs approximately 10×10 feet. The 360 platform needs a 12×12 foot clear area with at least 8-foot ceiling clearance. The mirror booth needs about 8×8 feet. If your venue is limited on space, ask about our roaming booth option — the attendant brings the camera to your guests and requires no dedicated floor space at all.

Questions We Get About Grand Rapids Events
- Can you load in at the Amway Grand or DeVos Place?
- Yes. Both run on a loading-dock and freight-elevator schedule, so we book a load-in window with the venue rather than rolling a cart through the lobby. Give us the banquet contact and we handle it.
- Is there a travel fee inside Grand Rapids?
- No. Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, Ada and Rockford are our home area and travel is included in the package price.
- How early do downtown Grand Rapids Saturdays go?
- Peak-season Saturdays from May to October are usually the first to fill. If your date is a downtown ballroom in that window, check availability well ahead rather than close in.
